Once a student has completed his/her assigned time at The GIVE Center, an exit conference committee will convene to discuss returning the student to their home school. This committee will include the student, parent/guardian, appropriate GIVE staff, and staff from the home school. The committee's options will be to allow the student to return to their home school, referral to panel to request an extension of the suspension time required at THE GIVE Center, or referral to another educational setting. The committee's decision will be heavily based on the level system history, attendance record, academic progress, and faculty recommendations.
